Our order deadline has changed! Now, order by Fridays at 11:59 PM for delivery the following week. We deliver on Tuesday and Friday afternoons. You choose which meals you want delivered which day.
Our On-The-Go meals are ready for you to grab as you head out the door in the morning or to a meeting in the middle of the day.
Our Quick Essentials are back-to-basic meals that are portioned to have > 30 grams of protein (except for plant-based protein sources such as tofu which has over 20g of protein). Protein is mildly seasoned and paired with fresh vegetables, salad greens, and our ever-changing vegetable dressing.
Our Chef Driven meals focus on precise calorie content with no more than 300 calories per serving. These high-quality meals prove that healthy, low calorie, low carb foods can taste exceptionally good.
No matter what you choose on your menu, you can rely on a lean and clean meal, always under 300 calories, under 10g carbohydrate, and at least 20g of protein.
MEET THE FOOD DOCTORS
Chef Christopher Schlattman is a French Chef and culinary consultant who trained in Chicago and has 20 years of experience working with some of the best chefs in the country. He doctors food for a living.
Dr. Paul Sarmiento is a board-certified family and obesity medicine specialist. He trained at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York and the Mayo Clinic in Arizona. He firmly believes that nutritious food can get us healthy and keep us healthy.
Together, Chef Christopher and Dr. Sarmiento founded The Food Doctors to make nutritious food taste good and eating healthy easy!

While our menu was developed by a weight loss specialist, our food is not to be taken as medical advice and does not establish a doctor-patient relationship.
Our food is not specifically designed for weight loss or any diet in particular. It is a building block that can be used in many different ways. Food is powerful and can significantly improve many medical conditions with proper oversight.
